My approach

I believe that everyone has a unique story and there are many pathways to healing.  

I take this into consideration when integrating the following therapies:

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Helping clients cultivate mindfulness to enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy: Fostering self-compassion and kindness to build resilience and healing. These are essential for overcoming life's challenges.

  • Person-Centered Therapy: Honoring each client’s unique experiences and tailoring therapy to meet their specific needs.

  • Narrative Therapy: Exploring personal stories and working to reframe them in ways that empower and bring fulfillment and authenticity.

  • ​Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Utilizing evidence-based techniques to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

I acknowledge that my learning is always evolving with the goal of remaining up-to-date in current modalities for treatment.
